Charlotte Hornets shooting guard
Marcus Garrett (back) is considered questionable for Thursday's tilt against the New York Knicks. He had been added to the injury report due to low back soreness. Garrett has made four appearances for Charlotte since signing a 10-day contract with the team, averaging 7.0 points and 3.3 assists in 19.8 minutes. He had by far his best game on Tuesday against the Atlanta Hawks when
LaMelo Ball (wrist) and
Miles Bridges (illness) both sat out the action. The Hornets leaders are expected to return on Thursday, making it likely that Garrett will only play a small role in the rotation if he's cleared for the contest.
