The former EuroLeague star has yet to suit up for the Suns since his trade from Charlotte. However, he will likely log his first minutes with his new squad on Wednesday, as the Suns will be short-handed in the backcourt. Devin Booker (back), Bradley Beal (toe), and Grayson Allen (knee) are all out of the lineup.

Micic was last seen in action last night against the Washington Wizards, where he posted 13 points, five assists and three rebounds across 28 minutes. If he's unable to suit up, KJ Simpson could see a bump in minutes. Micic started in 16 games and has come off the bench in 20 games this season. The Hornets are currently the 14th seed in the Eastern Conference, with a 12-35 record in 47 games. Hornets shooting guards Isaiah Wong and Seth Curry, forward Moussa Diabat, power forward Grant Williams and point guard Tre Mann are all on the shelf.

But assuming Micic will miss some time, which could very well be the case, KJ Simpson, who had eight points, eight assists, and six rebounds versus the Nuggets, may be tasked will filling the hole in the lineup.
